Brett E. Suchy is Chief Operating Officer of Cornerstone Asset Management Group, LLC. With 11 years of wealth management experience, Brett has developed a unique approach to portfolio management, operational structure, and wealth management technology. He has a history of bringing inventive solutions to and expanding business capabilities for a multitude of advisors. Brett has a deep understanding of the financial markets and is a scholar of thematic and innovative investments. Brett holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, administered by the Investments & Wealth Institute and taught in conjunction with The Yale School of Management.
Brett has spent his career working with prestigious wealth management and investment advisory firms. He was a Registered Financial Associate and Operations Specialist with Wintrust Wealth Management in Chicago, IL and Lake Forest, IL and assisted in the implementation of proprietary dividend growth and ETF strategies. Brett was a Client Service Associate for the Private Client Group at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company where he facilitated the transition of business operations between Barclays Wealth & Investment Management to Stifel Financial due to its acquisition in December 2015. Brett was a Wealth Management Associate at Clune & Associates in Chicago, IL where he assisted in executing investment policies using broad global diversification and asset allocation. After this, Brett served as a Registered Client Service Associate for Wells Fargo Advisors in Chicago, IL and most recently at T2 Global Advisors, LLC as Relationship Manager and Analyst, where he sat on the Investment Committee for dividend growth, ETF and opportunistic investment strategies.
Mr. Suchy received his BA in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, with a minor in Psychology.
Brett lives in Western Springs with his two dogs, Fleetwood and Skylar He is an avid golfer and plays in several sports leagues including softball, paddle tennis and bowling. Brett played on the DePauw baseball team and enjoys watching the Chicago White Sox.
